🗒️ This guide is not a script (exact words to say). We write ideas to help trainers understand activities and pictures. You can use these ideas in your training. You can also make your own materials.
🔬 Translators will learn about the first translation work written in the Bible. They will choose basic rules that work today. They will learn how to use these rules in their translation teams.
🤔 You do not need to know anything before this training. You can start with no experience.
🗣️ Groups will talk together to solve problems. They will find answers to real situations they might face.

🎯 Why is this important: The church must be part of every step of Bible translation for CCBT to work well. People will not trust translations if the church is not deeply involved in the translation work. This training will help the translation team learn the Bible principles for translation. They will also learn how to use these principles in their own work.

This discussion will help trainers understand how Nehemiah 8 connects to their translation work. The discussion will work well if trainers can explain the different jobs people had in Nehemiah 8. They should also explain how those same jobs apply to translation work today.
