Everything on the BT Training Hub is free and open. We built it so you can take it, use it, and share it. This page shows you three ways to make these resources your own.

1️⃣ Copy to Your Notion Workspace

Best for: Trainers who use Notion and want to edit, translate, or reorganize the materials for their team.

What happens: You get your own copy of the page — including all the sub-pages inside it. You can change anything you want. Your changes will NOT affect the original page on the Hub.

What you need: A free Notion account. You can create one at notion.so.

Steps

1. Open the page you want to copy.
2. Look at the top right corner of the page. You will see a menu icon that looks like three dots: ···
3. Click the ··· menu.
4. Click "Duplicate." (📸 Screenshot: The "Duplicate" option is near the top of the menu.)
5. A window will appear. Choose your workspace from the list.
6. Click "Duplicate" again.
7. Done! The page now lives in your workspace. Open it and start editing.

Good to know: Images and files will copy with the page. But if the page has a linked database (a live view of another database), the link will stay connected to the Hub's database. If you want a fully independent copy, you may need to convert linked databases into simple tables after duplicating.

Want to copy a whole section?

If you duplicate a parent page (like "Equip the Teacher"), all the pages inside it will come along too. You do not need to duplicate each page one by one.

2️⃣ Export as PDF or Markdown

Best for: Trainers who want to print the materials, use them offline, or share them with people who do not use Notion.
