Ministry Integration: The right tools make your work faster and more accurate — which means the people in your community get access to God’s Word sooner. When your team knows how to use tools well, you spend less time struggling with technology and more time doing the work that matters: translating, checking, and sharing Scripture with the people who need it.

⏱️ 180 minutes total — but we suggest you only teach the tools your team needs at each stage. Plan for 45–90 minutes per training session, focusing on one stage at a time.
🗒️ This guide is not a script (exact words to say). Sometimes, we write ideas to help trainers understand activities and pictures. You can use these ideas in your training. You can also make your own materials.
🔬 Translation teams will learn how to choose the right software tool for each phase of translation and where to go to learn how to use it.
🤔 Participants should already understand the translation process for the stage they are learning about. They should learn the process FIRST and then the tool. For example: teach how to study a passage before teaching Bible Well. Teach how to draft before teaching Scribe.
💻 📱 Study available tools and try the ones best suited for your specific context. Different teams may choose different tools depending on their access to computers, phones, and internet.
