In the same way that a new driver needs training and practice, teachers need instruction and practice in how to train effectively. The BT Training Hub uses a highly interactive approach to teaching that is very different from university lectures. The training guides found on the Hub will equip teachers and instructors to:

• apply proven strategies for conducting adult education,

• provide helpful feedback that improves learner performance, and
